Chef Jon Rosa
Our chef, Jon Rosa, has an affinity for perfection. This is a trait which was enhanced with his education at the highly respected Le Cordon Blue Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
After graduating, Jon worked at The Avalon Bar and Bistro, developing his culinary arts in French style cooking. Rated in the top 25 by Food and Wine Spectator, The Avalon allowed Jon to explore his passion in a venue with national attention. This opportunity led to a Chef position at the highly acclaimed Sesto Senso and Epiphany both located in Santa Barbara, CA.
Our menu at Crush Winehouse features fresh and local ingredients to maintain the highest standards of quality and culinary delight. Breads, dressings, desserts, and our daily soup specials, are all created fresh and in-house. Daily specials are a main feature at Crush and allow our guests to explore many items not found on our regular menu.
Our wine inspired cuisine maintains an Italian influence with small plate selections and specially designed pairings to enhance the Crush Winehouse tasting experience.
Our goal is to share our culinary passion, in way which expresses our beliefs, that our food at Crush can be just as fun and diverse as our wines.
